Founded in 2006 by the Edwards family, it began as a small waterjet shop and has now evolved into a 20,000sf full-service custom cutting/fabrication facility. We combine the craft of cutting metal with modern machinery and techniques to offer our customers a complete solution.
Our first equipment investment was a Flow6012 dynamic capable abrasive waterjet. This state-of-the-art equipment can achieve cutting pressures up to 60,000 psi. By 2012 we added another 100-HP, 94,000-PSI Flow Mach 4 4030 waterjets, which had a cutting head that could cut at an angle.
Growing the business slowly by winning customers with our philosophy to provide the best possible service and deliver the best possible product at a fair price, we added employees who share our vision. We moved into a 20,000sf facility in 2017. Along with this growth in space and employees, we added two more waterjets, two lasers, plus even more inspection and secondary processes.
Today under new leadership, PW Jet has invested in the latest equipment, including the latest in laser, and machining technology along with achieving ISO 9001-2015 certification and expanded its capabilities to develop the expertise and technology to support nearly all production requirements, from simple cut parts to fully assembled products. The company’s capabilities include design and engineering support, CNC waterjet and laser cutting, forming, welding, machining, assembly, and finishing.
